In my experience as a consultant the Passion factor is critical for success at each level.  We overestimate the rational, economically motivation as THE motivation.  I find the model and economic incentives to be foundational yet not dispositive of greatness in business leadership.  The clearer and more fundemental tha passion and value proposition intersect, the more simple and clear the leader.]]></description>
